Which countries do you ship to?
Domestically across all of Slovakia, and regularly across the whole EU. Specific routes or shipments outside Europe can be arranged on individual request.
Is my shipment insured?
Yes, every shipment is covered by valid CMR carrier liability insurance for transport damage. You can download and verify the certificate anytime in the Documents section.
How will I know where my shipment is?
Once your shipment is picked up, dispatch keeps you updated on its location and progress, and after delivery you receive a signed waybill.
Do you carry single pallets, not just full truckloads?
Yes, we consolidate smaller and palletised shipments onto a shared route, so you don’t have to pay for a whole truck.
Can you also move heavy or non-standard items?
Yes, we can handle extra heavy items such as safes, pianos or heavy machinery – for houses, apartments and businesses alike.
Can I rent a van without a driver?
Yes, we offer short-term rental of a utility vehicle (L3H3 van, up to 17 m³ and 1,500 kg payload) for a self-managed move or transporting bulkier goods.
Do you hold a licence for international road haulage?
Yes, we operate under a valid Community Licence for international road haulage, which you can download in the Documents section.
